Donald E. Lavoie, President & CEO

Don is an experienced President and CEO and has worked successfully in large scale corporate environments as well as early stage businesses with full P&L responsibility for $20M - $700M. Most recently at Experien / LowerMyBills Don was Executive Vice President for 4 years taking the company from $7mil to over $250mil in sales and a company sale to Experian in 2007 for over $380 mil. Prior Don was with I-Search as COO providing leadership as an application support provider of enterprise resume processing for large corporations. As VP for TRW/Experian Business Information Services he led a successful business that generated $55M in sales with a sale to Great Universal Stores with other Information businesses totaling $700mil in sales. Don’s career began at Xerox and for 18 years he had Executive management positions including National Sales Manager for Advanced Products. He has an Industrial Engineering degree from California State University, an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Ph.D. from Pacific Western.

John Wadsworth, VP of Engineering & Operations

John has over 25 years experience as an Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain Executive. He has held the position of Vice President of Operations at CEYX Technologies, Sr. Vice President Operations at Adaptive Broadband Corp and Vice President Operations at Comstream Inc. His experience includes engineering and operations assignments at Kendall Square Research, Analog Devices and Raytheon Corp. John has been a key leader and contributor enabling revenue growth from near zero to in excess of $70Mil within the first year at three separate High Technology Companies. He has extensive experience with in-house, offshore and outsourced manufacturing and service, and has delivered millions of products by successfully outsourcing to Asia, Mexico and the US. John has developed and ran service, repair and maintenance centers around the globe including China, Thailand, Indonesia, UK, Canada and the US. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA from New Hampshire College.

George Golden, Controller

George has over 28 years experience as a CPA. He has worked successfully as controllers in California Churro Corporation, Custom Autosound Mfg., Inc. and Cypress Financial Services, Inc. handling all accounting and corporate tax responsibilities. George was also owner of a full-service CPA accounting firm for over 16 years. During his tenure at Cypress Financial Services, Inc., George established the accounting department and was a key member of the team that took the corporation to the public market. George has a Bachelors Degree from California State University Fullerton in addition to his CPA license from the State of California.
