With 28 years of experience, he was co-founder, Director, and President of Payment Protection Systems until the establishment of Sekurus. Mike was formerly President of Enviroaire Dry Fog Systems which designed humidification systems for semiconductor manufacturing, clean rooms, and textile plants. In addition, he was a co-founder of RF Engineered Systems where he served as Vice President. RF Engineered Systems was founded in 1988 as an RF/ID consulting firm. He helped design, engineer and manufacture solutions for such companies as Compaq Computers, Exxon and municipalities in Europe

With 28 years of domestic and international experience, he is responsible for all operating and financial affairs at Sekurus. Prior to joining Sekurus, he had been SVP and CFO of Airbee Wireless, a public software company developing ZigBee-compliant embedded software for wireless mesh networks that he helped take public in 2003. Richard served as CEO of Dransfield Food & Beverage Holdings, Ltd., the international consumer goods subsidiary of Dransfield Holdings (listed on the SEHK) based in Hong Kong. He was a partner in The Meridian Partnership, a European private equity firm, VP-Finance and Investment of Resort Properties Group, and CFO of the Levant Group. For nearly 11 years, Richard held senior positions in international investment banking with Continental Illinois and Citicorp. He helped to take Dransfield China Paper Corp. a Chinese company public on the NASDAQ and engineered new financial products. He holds a Masters of Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA (International Studies) from Virginia Tech. |

With 40 years of experience, Mr. Cole was previously National Sales Manager for Bridgeway Construction working with insurance company adjusters. As Regional Sales Manager for Windshields America, he built a sales and marketing network to develop business with insurance agents and car dealers. Prior to Windshields America, he was the owner of 4-C Distributors which was an automotive parts distribution company selling aftermarket products to car dealers and service stations. As National Sales Manager for Batavia, Inc., Mr. Cole built and managed a sales team selling fiberglass ladder repairs to the Bell System phone companies. | |

With 37 years of experience, Mr. Southerland is the sales and product manager for Sekurit, the automotive anti-theft and immobilization system. He is President of Dealer 1st, a distributor of electronic asset protection systems. Mr. Southerland’s auto industry experience includes National Sales Manager and VP of Sales for United Car Care, a Denver-based warranty provider, Executive VP of AVID Insurance Services, a Dunedin, Florida after-market insurance provider, Executive VP of Marketing & Sales for Automobile Protection Co. which markets EasyCare vehicle service contracts that cover the cost to repair or replace components which suffer mechanical and electrical failure, after the manufacturers' warranty expires. Many EasyCare vehicle service contracts also include emergency roadside assistance, trip interruption and rental car benefits. APCO was acquired by Ford Motor Company. He was National Sales Manager of Warrentech Corp. of Dallas which is a warranty provider. Previously, he served as President of United Service Protection, also a warranty provider. |
